Nick Kemp - Member of the ANLP Accreditation and Advisory Board
The Association of NLP (ANLP) Mission Statement is to collectively make a positive difference
to society by encouraging practitioners to deliver their NLP in a
professional, responsible and congruent way.
As ANLP is the only totally independent organisation in the UK with an established public reputation, it is important that they have an Accreditation and Advisory Board that can inclusively represent all NLP Professionals and demonstrate that ANLP is the 'Switzerland of the Community'.
The Accreditation and Advisory Board is made up of Trainers and Master Trainers, who do collectively represent the different sectors of the NLP Community. They support the aims of ANLP by demonstrating the value of generative collaboration in their willingness to work together and respect each other's model of the world.
Their role is primarily to:
- Collectively act as an independent peer review panel for ANLP Trainers Accreditation applications
- Support the ANLP Complaints Procedure by acting as either informal or formal complaints review panel, when required.
- Advise and support ANLP on matters of policy development, standards and good business practice.
