Hello nick i am a big time blusher and have been since my teens.any advice on what to do or were to seek help would be useful.I am now 27 and have put off going back to college/uni because the thought of doing presentations etc scare the life out of me.also in union meetings i am always the one at the back hoping no one asks my opinion even if i feel i have something useful to say!
Michael
Hi Michael
I see an amazing number of people for this and the advantage of doing so is that I have developed a range of specific exercises which deal with this in a very short period of time! Blushing can't occur when a person is in a relaxed state and requires the person to think in a specific way to trigger this response. I added a section to my site here talking about this issue http://www.nickkemp.com/condition_blushing.php
People who experience this come from all areas of life andare of all ages. Many have experienced this for so long that it's become an automatic process. Fortunately in 2 - 3 sessions I have excellent success with this condition. |

Bruxism cures

hi nick, i am suffering with very bad bruxism?its got worse as each time i seem to deal with death, and it doesnt seem to stop, its got to a stage i carnt eat or drink properly?any suggestions on solving it. yours barbara
Hi Barbara
I have worked with a lot of success with this kind of issue and a lot of success. Many therapists ask with the question "Why do they have the problem?" rather than the more useful question "How are they creating the problem?"
With bruxism the physical end result is created by the way in which the person is thinking, which then creates the feeling which then creates the physical response. Other useful questions are
"What makes it better?" and "What makes it worse?"
By using hypnosis and other approaches I get the clent to pay attention in a different way and change the state that creates the physical response. Every client is different and needs to be treated as such, which is why I ask for a completed set of notes before the session. In my experience this is a 2 - 3 session sort |
