Nick Kemp - Social Anxiety and Fear

It seems that just as the era of faster and faster communication is accepted as the norm in society, social fear and anxiety has become more and more common. I see lots of clients at my practice in Leeds and the key strategy to changing this condition is to change the way in which a client thinks to then change the feeling in social situations. All anxiety is about imagining about what "might happen" or what "could happen" Often clients are also imagining that they are being judged which makes them very self conscious in an unhelpful way. I recommend 2 - 3 sessions to help with this condition and see many clients each week at my Leeds Hypnotherapy practice.
