Nick Kemp Explains: What is Behavioural Therapy?

When I refer to Behavioural Therapy, I am referring to changing the unhelpful behaviours that have caused the client problems.

My approach is to use Provocative Change Works™, Hypnotherapy and other approaches to shift the client from "a stuck state" to discover a new freedom in the way that they think and feel. This is different to traditional cognitive Behavioural Therapy or CBT, which does not typically use provocative approaches or incorporate hypnotherapy. This combination of provoking change and creating deep relaxation has produced excellent results for a wide range of client conditions including anger management, jealousy, eating disorders, OCD, phobias, social anxiety, public speaking fears, blushing among other issues.
