Q:Can I return a digital product such as an MP3 or Video file and get a refund?
Once you have completed the purchase of downloadable products we will send you an email with download instructions. From this point you have now got access to the downloadable content and it shall be assumed that you have downloaded the content. Because it is impossible to prove that they have been deleted and returned, we can not offer refunds on digital downloads.
If you are experiencing difficulties downloading a digital product then we shall offer assistance to remedy the problem.
