Public and Invitation only International Workshops

Many people who know me from the world of NLP, Hypnosis, Human Alchemy or Provocative Therapy are surprised that I have been running workshops on an international basis since the early 1980s. I first trained in public presenting in 1980 and quickly found that I really like the medium of running workshops and the creative process of interacting with groups of people. Most of these early events were centered around personal development with many of these insights forming a platform for the Human Alchemy and Art of Good Fortune events.

From early 2004 I began running certificated NLP events in the UK, before evolving my own Provocative Change Works events which in my view provide a more accelerated and integrated way of working. This approach draws inspiration from the fields of Human Alchemy, Provocative Therapy and Ericksonian Hypnosis. In 2006 I set up The Association for Provocative Therapy (AFPT) with the endorsement of Frank Farrelly, creator of Provocative Therapy to promote Provocative Therapy training and ensuring that all "AFPT approved" events are of the highest quality. Invitation Only Events

The training schedule listed here on this site provides details on all my public events, but I also run bespoke business events through Nick Kemp Training as well as "beta tester events" which provide what my friend Steve Andreas would describe as "instant research" which provide the basis for the larger public events. Please note that most invitation only events are for small groups of thirty or less people and are usually in the USA or UK. These workshops are usually recorded so they allow me to refine and develop this material. Corporate Training

My working background is in sales and marketing with experience of being a director of a multi million pound business as well as being instrumental in creating and promoting a series of start up businesses. I was involved in the business sector since the mid 1980s a full decade before exploring the NLP skill set. NLP Training

In recent times I have moved on from presenting standard NLP certificated events to running more specialized niche NLP training. Many of these trainings are invitation only events or bespoke trainings are for specific groups or bespoke events for the business sector. The training style for both therapeutic and business application NLP trainings is more based in skill development rather than the "entertainment style of NLP" often found elsewhere and is limited to smaller numbers to ensure that all attendees receive the very best attention. As an advisory and accreditation board member of ANLP I am also wholly committed to promoting the highest standards of training in NLP in an ethical and professional manner.
